Product Availability & Lead Times

Go Krafted provides estimated availability and lead times based on current inventory, supplier information, production schedules, order quantities, shipping requirements, and other conditions known at the time an order or quote is prepared.

In-Stock Products: Products identified as in stock are generally available for shipment within approximately one (1) week, subject to final inventory verification, order processing, payment or credit approval, and shipping arrangements.

Bulk & Volume Orders: Larger-volume and bulk purchases generally require approximately two (2) to three (3) weeks for fulfillment. Actual lead times may vary based on order quantity, inventory levels, supplier capacity, production schedules, freight availability, and other supply-chain conditions.

Shipping, Fulfillment & Lead Times

Go Krafted serves customers throughout the United States and provides packaging products and solutions ranging from in-stock containers to bulk-volume and fully customized packaging.

Because our products may be sourced from different manufacturers and suppliers, fulfillment times vary depending on product availability, order quantity, customization, production requirements, and shipping destination.

In-Stock Products

Products identified as in stock on the Go Krafted website are generally expected to be processed and prepared for shipment within approximately one (1) week after an order is received and accepted.

The approximately one-week timeframe refers to the anticipated order processing and fulfillment period prior to shipment. It does not necessarily represent the date the product will arrive at the customer's location.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method, carrier, destination, and other transportation conditions. Deliveries to rural, remote, or otherwise less frequently serviced locations may require additional transit time.

Inventory availability is subject to change. An item displayed as available may require final inventory verification before an order is confirmed.

Bulk & Volume Orders

Bulk, wholesale, and volume purchases are generally handled through direct consultation with Go Krafted rather than through standard website checkout.

Because larger quantities may require special sourcing, supplier coordination, production planning, freight arrangements, or volume pricing, Go Krafted will provide a project-specific quote and estimated fulfillment timeframe based on the customer's requirements.

Bulk-order lead times are estimates and may vary based on quantity, inventory, supplier availability, production capacity, transportation, and other supply-chain conditions.

Custom & Made-to-Order Packaging

Custom packaging is a project-based process and may require substantially more time than the purchase of an in-stock product.

Depending on the product and project requirements, a custom order may involve:

• Initial consultation and specification development
• Product selection or custom design
• Artwork and branding requirements
• Samples or prototypes
• Customer review and approval
• Tooling, molds, plates, dies, or other production requirements
• Material sourcing
• Manufacturing or production
• Quality review
• Freight and transportation
• Final delivery

Because these steps occur before the finished product reaches the customer, custom packaging may require several months to complete and, depending on the complexity of the project.

Custom-designed, branded, decorated, molded, tooled, or otherwise made-to-order packaging may require substantially longer lead times.

Depending on the scope and complexity of the project, custom orders may require at least six (6) months or more from initial design through production and delivery. Lead times may include design development, artwork approval, sampling, prototyping, tooling, material sourcing, production, quality review, freight, and delivery.

All lead times are estimates unless a specific delivery date is expressly confirmed in writing by Go Krafted. A quoted lead time begins only after all required specifications, artwork, approvals, deposits or payments, and other necessary information have been received and the order has been accepted.

Lead times may change due to circumstances outside Go Krafted's control, including supplier delays, raw material shortages, manufacturing capacity, transportation disruptions, weather, tariffs, customs, port congestion, labor disruptions, market conditions, and other supply-chain events.

Go Krafted will communicate material changes to anticipated fulfillment timing when reasonably practicable. Customers should consider estimated lead times when planning production, launches, promotions, inventory requirements, and other time-sensitive activities.

A custom-project timeline will be discussed and estimated during the consultation and quotation process. The estimated timeline may change if specifications, artwork, quantities, materials, approvals, production requirements, or supply-chain conditions change.

Customers should not place a custom order based solely on an anticipated delivery date unless Go Krafted has expressly confirmed that date in writing.

Estimated vs. Guaranteed Delivery Dates

Unless specifically confirmed in writing by Go Krafted, all processing times, production schedules, lead times, and delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees.

Quoted timelines are based on information available when the estimate is prepared and may be affected by inventory, supplier schedules, raw material availability, manufacturing capacity, freight availability, weather, carrier delays, tariffs, customs, market conditions, and other circumstances affecting the supply chain.

Go Krafted will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to an expected fulfillment or delivery timeframe.

Supply Chain Conditions

Lead times, pricing, and availability may be affected by circumstances including raw material availability, supplier capacity, manufacturing schedules, inventory levels, transportation and freight availability, tariffs and duties, customs, port congestion, weather, labor disruptions, market conditions, and other supply-chain events.

Go Krafted will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to expected fulfillment timing.

Shipment Date vs. Delivery Date

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quoted lead time refers to the anticipated time required to prepare an order for shipment and does not necessarily represent the date the customer will receive the order.

Transit time depends on the selected carrier, destination, service level, freight conditions, and other circumstances outside Go Krafted's direct control.

Split Shipments and Backorders

Where appropriate, Go Krafted may ship available products separately from backordered or delayed products. Additional shipping charges may apply where separately authorized or disclosed.

If an order cannot be shipped within the applicable timeframe, Go Krafted will follow applicable legal requirements regarding delay notification, customer consent, cancellation, and refunds.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been tendered to the carrier, transit times may be affected by circumstances outside Go Krafted's control. Go Krafted will reasonably assist customers in addressing carrier-related delays, lost shipments, and damage claims.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
