How to Make Your Own Aromatherapy Inhaler
Ready to play aromatherapy mixologist? 🌿

Making your own inhaler is quick and easy!

You‘ll need:

- 1 blank inhaler tube
- 1 wick/cartridge
- Your choice of essential oils
- Small glass or metal bowl
- Tweezers

Step 1 — Pick your vibe.
Choose a single essential oil or create your own blend. Start with a small, simple combination until you find a scent you love.

Step 2 — Make your blend.
Add your essential oils to a small bowl. Recommend 10-20 drops of EO blend to start, then add more if needed.

Try this fresh EO blend:

8 drops Lavender
6 drops Sweet Orange
4 drops Peppermint

Mix gently, then place the wick into the oil blend using tweezers. Allow the wick to absorb the oils.

Step 3 — Load your inhaler.
Place the scented wick into the inner cartridge and secure it in the tube. The wick sits inside the inner tube, while the cap snaps securely into place.

Step 4 — Assemble.
Insert the inner cartridge into the outer tube. The ridged portion of the outer tube remains exposed so you can easily twist the inhaler open when you‘re ready to use it.

Step 5 — Enjoy!
